Method
- Heat oil in a pan and sauté garlic and onion until fragrant.
- Add ground meat. Stir-fry until browned and cooked through.
- Add fish sauce. Simmer for 1-2 minutes.
- Pour in the coconut milk. Let it simmer and reduce until slightly thick.
- Add sigarilyas and optional chili. Stir and cook until beans are tender but still crisp.
- Season with salt and pepper. Serve hot with rice.

- Add more coconut milk if you like it soupier.
