Method
Pan Sear Chicken on both sides until brown
Add Crushed Black Pepper and Garlic, Mix
Add Soy Sauce and Water and Simmer
Add Bay Leaves and Vinegar, do not mix
When sauce gets thick add brown sugar
Serve Over Hot Rice 😋
