- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Sauté the onion and garlic until fragrant and softened.
- Add the chicken liver and cook until lightly browned and mostly cooked through.
- Season with salt, pepper, fish sauce, and chicken cube. Stir well.
- Add the firmer vegetables first, such as carrot, young corn, sayote, and cauliflower. Cook for a few minutes.
- Add the sitaw, celery, bell pepper, and cabbage.
- Stir-fry until the vegetables are tender but still have some bite.
- Taste and adjust the seasoning if needed.
- Serve hot with rice.
